Sunday AM meeting time: 9.30–11am every Sunday

preachin

What can I expect at Sunday AM?
Firstly, you’ll discover a friendly and welcoming church, in fact, people coming for the first time often say it’s the friendliest church they’ve been to. Your morning will begin with someone welcoming you at the front door, and answering any questions you have about the meeting and facilities. We begin with some contemporary Christian songs, which have a focus on Jesus. After this, there are announcements followed by the offering, which is for our members (as our visitor, you are our guest and not expected to give money to our church). There will be a bible reading, which the pastor will explain the meaning of and how it relates to our lives today. The “Lord’s supper/Communion” which remembers Christ’s death on the cross is celebrated and everyone who has accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour is welcome to take part.

Is there anything for my children?
There’s a brief break halfway through our service, where the meeting leader will announce that parents can take their children out for their programs in the Hall; Jellybeans for pre-schoolers and ImpactZone for primary-aged children. Parents are requested to sign their children in, and to sign them out at the end of the meeting before enjoying morning tea. We have a great team of caring and dedicated teachers so parents can enjoy the bible message knowing their children are well looked after. Also, for parents with babies, there’s a Cry Room area in the Hall with a video/audio feed from the main meeting.

What should I wear?
You can leave your suit and tie at home. We are a come-as-you-are, casual dress church, so just wear whatever is comfortable!

What time does the meeting end?
While our meeting goes from 9.30–11am, most people stick around to chat and share morning tea afterwards. We provide café-quality hot and cold beverages at an affordable price, and if it’s your first time – it’s our shout!
